Are items true to size?
- LUTM,LLC strives to offer quality products that fit true to size. Most of our items are true to size, unless otherwise noted in the description.

Can I edit my order once completed?
- We cannot promise edits to an existing order but will do our best!
- If you would like to make a change, please reach out to us via email IMMEDIATELY!
When will I recieve my order?
- LUTM,LLC fulfills orders on a first come-first serve basis. Depending on the volume of orders at the time of purchase, it could take between 7-10 business days to be fulfilled, and an additionally 1-3 days for shipping.
- Please note that busy seasons may affect lead time.

Do you offer FREE shipping?
- On orders of $150 or more, yes.

Where do items ships from?
- LUTM,LLC is located in Havana, FL but we are partners with warehouses across the United States. Shipping locations for individual items may vary.

- LUTM, LLC fulfills orders on a first come- first serve basis. Depending on the volume of orders at the time of purchase, it could take between 7-10 days to be fulfilled.

Will you be reordering Out of Stock items?
- LUTM, LLC strives to offer items that come in quantities of 5 or more/size. Unless there is abundant interest/demand for a product- we will not reorder once sold out.

Do you offer exchanges?
- LUTM, LLC cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory, unless otherwise noted. If you need an exchange, we recommend returning the item that is incorrect, and purchasing the correct item.
