- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email LUTM, LLC at lutlmmctransfers@yahoo.com IMMEDIATELY. 

-LUTM,LLC will accept a return of an item it is original, unworn condition within 15 days from the delivery date. 

-Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.

-Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. 

Local Pick-Up Orders:

- From the fulfillment date, you will have 15 days to inspect and return your items if you are unhappy with an item.

Not Eligible:

- Sale/Discounted Items

- Jewelry

- Hats/Hair Accessories

REQUIRED:

-If you are returning an item, it MUST be returned in the original condition, free of stains (make-up, deodorant, animal hair/scent, smoke), and of obvious wear.

Defective Items:

-If you believe that an item/product that you have received is defective, you MUST notify LUTM, LLC via email at lutmllctransfers@yahoo.com within 3 business days of delivery date otherwise, wear and tear is considered. Items that show sign of wear and tear and is obvious that it has been worn is NOT considered defective and will not be accepted for return.
