- LUTM, LLC will work hard to ship orders out as quickly as possible and typically our turnaround time is faster than the lead time given. Please note that we ask for a 7-10 business day turnaround time AFTER your order has been placed.
- For busy seasons (holidays), weekends, inventory audits, etc. LUTM, LLC may take the full 10 business days to ship your order from our warehouse. If for ANY reason your order will be delayed, LUTM, LLC will contact you via email/text to the number associated with the order as soon as possible.
- Tracking information regarding your order will be emailed to the email address associated with the order once your order is shipped. Tracking updates are available typically within 24-48 hours of shipment. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to look into it for you. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
- LUTM, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, nor any packages that were sent to the address entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. If you want to reach out to us, we will do our absolute best to help you.
- LUTM, LLC is not responsible for packages once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse. We will do all that we can to assist you should a problem arise, but ultimately are not responsible once a package has left our warehouse.
