Local Pick-Up Policy

Local Order Pick-Up Regulations:

- All communication will be sent to the email address and/or phone number on file associated with the order being picked up.

-Once "Local Pick-Up" is selected at checkout AND your order has been placed, it will NOT be available for edits. 

- When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive all information/ instructions needed via email/text. (address will be included at that time)

-Please wait to receive and email and/or text notifying you that your order is ready for pick up BEFORE arriving to pick up your package. 

-If your order has not been picked up within 10 business days from the time you receive notification of fulfillment, your order will be cancelled, and you will be charged a $10 convenience/shipping fee.

-Pick-up times are flexible! All LUTM, LLC asks is that you respect the location of pick-up and the individuals who are there.
